These Terms (“Agreement)” set forth the terms and conditions that apply to your access and use of MintImporter.com "Services". For questions, please use the contact form.
By accepting electronically (for example, clicking “I Agree”), installing, accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement, as it may be amended from time to time in the future. If you do not agree to this Agreement, then you may not use the Services.
Accepting the Terms
By using the information, tools, features, software and functionality including content, updates and new releases of the Mint Importer Services or the, you agree to be bound by this Agreement, whether you are a “Visitor” (which means that you simply browse the MintImporter.com website), or a “Customer” (which means that you have registered for an account with us to use any one of our Services.) The term “you” or “User” refers to a Visitor, Member or Customer. The term “we” refers to Mint Importer. If you wish to become a Customer or want to make use of the Services, you must read this Agreement and indicate your acceptance during the registration process.
You may not use any of the Services and you may not accept this Agreement if you are not at least 18 years of age and, in any event, of a legal age to form a binding contract with Mint Importer.
If you accept this Agreement, you represent that you have the capacity to be bound by it or if you are acting on behalf of a company or entity that you have the authority to bind such entity. Before you continue, you should print or save a local copy of this Agreement for your records.
Description of Services
MintImporter.com allows users to import bulk historical transactions to their Mint.com account. We sell transaction credits in the form of a monthly subscription or through one time purchases.

Personal Information We Collect
We collect and store the various personal information you provide during the registration process like your name, email address, and photo. When you connect your Mint.com account we record the categories you use. We do this in order to properly match your transactions to the correct category during import. We also collect and display meta data such as the date/time you perform an import and the number of transactions you import.
Personal Information We DON'T Collect
We don't collect or store any of the information associated with your Mint.com account except your categories, as explained above.
Use of Information
We will occasionally use the information you provide us to send you emails regarding new services we believe you'll be interested in.
Billing
Billing is handled by Stripe. We do not maintain records of any of your billing information, except for the last 4 digits of your payment information and card type.
Consent to Subscription Billing
By purchasing a monthly Subscription you agree to an initial and recurring monthly subscription fee at the then current monthly rate and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges until you cancel your subscription. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Once you are subscribed we will automatically process your monthly subscription fee in each billing cycle until you cancel.
Cancellation
You are solely responsible for properly canceling your account. You may cancel your Subscription at any time by going to Settings > Subscription and clicking "Cancel Subscription". We reserve the right to cancel your Subscription or suspend access to the Services at any time for any or no reason at all.
Taxes
All fees are exclusive of all taxes, levies, or duties imposing by taxing authorities, and you shall be responsible for payment of all such taxes, levies, or duties, excluding only United States (federal or state) taxes.
Refunds
No refunds under any circumstances.
